Orders leave our store in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 days within the US. Shipping is free over $50; a flat $4.95 applies below that.
30 days, no questions asked — even if your pet simply sniffs and walks away. Food bags must be at least half full. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.
Yes. Checkout runs through our secure payment provider — card details never touch our servers, and you get an emailed receipt for every order.
Services
A day or two is usually enough, but Saturdays fill up — book by Thursday for weekend grooms. Daycare trial mornings can be arranged same-week.
Rabies and distemper for all services; bordetella too for daycare. Puppies need at least their second round. Bring records to your first visit.
Adoption
Spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, a starter food bag, a free first groom and a year of training support. The fee simply helps the next rescue.
Yes — every adoption starts with a trial weekend, and we always need longer-term fosters. Fosters get food, supplies and vet cover from us.
Privacy
Only to run your order, booking or message: confirmations, receipts and replies. We never sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime at hello@pawsteadprovisions.com.
