Groom day, step by step
- Say hello — sniff-around, temperament check and cut consultation with you.

Grooming questions
Most dogs take 1.5–2.5 hours depending on coat; cats usually under 90 minutes. We text you when your pet is 20 minutes from ready.
Absolutely. Nervous pets get longer greetings, frequent breaks and the quietest station. If your pet is ever too stressed, we stop and call you — no charge for unfinished work.
Just vaccination records for first visits. We provide shampoos, towels, treats and bows — though favorite comfort toys are always welcome.
